Ruthenium BLACK 500

Black ruthenium electroplating bath for extremely dark anthracite layers (L-value < 60).

Make-up concentrate with 5 g ruthenium per 200ml bottle for 1 litre electroplating bath. It supplies dark coatings with thicknesses up to 1 µm and high colour stability. This ruthenium bath is used in particular by the jewellery, spectacle frame and writing utensils industries, together with its blackening additive Ruthenium BLACK 500 B.
